Thank you to the clean-up crews that helped keep Grafton Green and Clean!
The 16th Grafton Garden Club presents Grafton Clean-up Day was held Saturday, April 22, 2023. A Big Thank You goes to the clean-up crews that worked throughout the week picking up trash, and the Grafton Department of Public Works and hte Highway Department that went around and picked up the yellow bags. Special thanks to Pepperoni Express for the lunch, Swirls and Scoops for the soft-serve ice cream, UniBank for the coffee and Dunkin Munchkins, Grafton RTC for the packets of wildflower seeds, and Savers Bank for the water and resusable backpacks that came in handy to hold the cleaning supplies and the wildflowers seed packets while the crews were busy picking up the trash around town.

Grafton Garden Club Plant Sale and Raffle
Location: Grafton Common
The Grafton Garden Club Annual Plant Sale and Raffle provides all our scholarship and grant money. We have not had this sale in two years (2020 and 2021) due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, and we need to have a strong sale this year to refill the coffers so we can continue to provide the financial assistance our students and educators rely on. We are selling vegetable, herbs, annuals, hanging baskets, perennials donated by Club members and Grafton residents, and we’ll have a bake sale table and the always popular Raffle table. Thursday, June 1, 2023; lunch at 1pm, meeting at 3pm
Annual Meeting
Location: New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill, 11 French Drive, Boylston, MA; lunch in Farmer and Fork cafe, annual meeting at the gazebo (near the parking lot)
Members can choose to have lunch at the Farmer and Fork Café, at their own expense. We will have the annual meeting and the election of officers starting at 3pm at the gazebo. After the short meeting, we will head out for a self-guided tour of the botanic gardens, and the new garden called The Ramble. New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill may close due to severe weather. Please check the website, Facebook and Instagram or call 508-869-6111 for updates.
